The Seven Seals Events
Revelation 6-7
Key vs. 6:10 “They called out in a loud voice, ‘How long, Sovereign Lord,
holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our
blood?’"
- Read vs. 6:1. As Christ opens the first four seals, John
sees a series of the dramatized events with the horses. What do these
horses symbolize? (Zec6:3, Prov21:31) What does it show that God has a plan for the
world events?
- Read vs. 2-8. Describe the outfits of the riders on a
white horse and on a red horse (2,4) What is given each to accomplish
their mission? What does each represent?(19:11,12:3) What does the rider on a black
horse represent? (5,Amos8:11-12) How does the rider on a pale horse kill a fourth of
the earth? (8) What does he represent? (9:15)
- Read vs. 9-11. As Christ opens the fifth seal, what does
John see under the altar in heaven? (9) What does it represent? What do
they plead and how does God answer? (10,11) In light of Jesus’ end-time
teaching, how do you view a series of events of these first five seals?

- Read vs. 12-17. The cosmic calamity of the sixth seal
ushers to God's final judgment aspect upon this world. What happens to the
earth and the heavenly bodies? (12-14, Mt 24:29) What do they symbolize?
How do the unbelievers express their utter fear? (15,16) How do they view the
calamity? (17,Lk23:30)
- Read vs. 7:1-8. John sees the four angels holding back the
four winds of the earth (1,2) What does the number “four” show about the divine
judgment? How does God assure his people of their security? (3) What does
the seal symbolize? (3,Eph1:13) What does the number, 144,000 represent?

- Read vs. 9-17. God shows John a great multitude in
heaven, praising God along with all the angels (9,11) How do they become
victorious? (9,14) Who do they represent? (14) How does God provide
shelter and comfort for them? (16,17) How will this heavenly scene
encourage the believers who go through the great tribulation?
