Dear CBF, Parents and Teachers,

The holiday season is upon us! During this time families will get to spend more time together than usual, and it will be so easy to get distracted by all of the glitter and vanity. I hope we can all be reminded of the true meaning of the season, give thanks for the many things we are blessed with, and joyfully celebrate the birth of Jesus.

This year has been a good year for CBF. We grew in numbers with more students and more teachers. We had a talent-filled Spring Recital, an awesome summer Vacation Bible School, and our very first CBF Fall Festival with an art exhibit and sports day. Most important - God is working in the lives of these kids. Hannah Brogi is currently presiding over the worship service and we are trying to give the children more responsibility so they can grow through it. We pray that God may raise them as leaders for now and the future.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who served CBF for their hard work and prayers throughout 2002. Please pray for all us - students and teachers. We need Gods wisdom for the coming year. May the teachers become less so Jesus can become more in the children.

Meet the Students
My name is Faith Hollinger. I am eleven years old. My birthday is in the hot summer: July 23, 1991. I am in the sixth grade. In school I play the violin. I like to sing even though I am a little shy. I also like to make crafts and I like to play with my friends. We jump rope, which is a lot of fun. My Sunday School teacher is Belssi.

I have two younger brothers named John and David. Sometimes they are bossy and sometimes they are very nice and fun to play with. Some people cant tell them apart because they are identical twins. My mom and dad are Lynn and Bruce Hollinger. Esther Lee told my dad about God. When my parents were in college they came to study the Bible at UBF. My mom and dad provide me with everything. I could never live without them! They named me Faith so that I can believe and follow God and his Words my whole life!
