The prices below show the total cost for attending all days of the conference. The costs include room accommodations for all nights, a full meal plan, and additional fees.

* Discount has been applied for Youth Group, Undergraduate Students, and First-Timers

* Costs for children ages 5-12 are dependent on housing type.

There are three types of rooms at Mt. Aetna:

  1. Cabins: for individuals

  • $28 per night

  • Youth Group, Undergraduate Students, and First-Timer will pay at a discount rate

   2. Maple & Oak Lodges : for families with young children, family members with disabilities or elderly

  • $33 per night for adults

  • $0 per night for children

   3. White Pine Lodge: for families with young children, family members with disabilities or elderly

  • $40 per night for adults

  • $0 per night for children

You may select a meal plan on the registration form.

Costs:

  • Ages 10+

    • Breakfast: $10

    • Lunch and Dinner: $11

    • $9 for Friday Carryout (if selected) 
      - Once you select this carryout option, you may NOT be able to change your mind and dine-in or else additional charges will incur

  • Ages 5-9

    • $8 per meal

    • $9 for Friday Carryout (if selected) 
      - Once you select this carryout option, you may NOT be able to change your mind and dine-in or else additional charges will incur

  • Ages 4 and Under

    • No cost​ for meals

* Mt. Aetna retreat center provides vegetarians-based meals to all guests by default.
* If you have any severe food allergies or special dietary needs, please indicate in the registration form.

PAYMENT

ROOMING

Individuals: Please pay in advance if possible. If that is not possible, please make your payment upon arrival at the registration booth at the conference site.

Families:  Please do NOT pay until you receive email confirmation that you have been given family lodging. Once you receive confirmation, you may pay with the following options:

  1. (Recommended) Personal check made payable to University Bible Fellowship
    There is no additional processing fee.

    • For Washington chapter members, you may place the check in the offering box. In addition, there will be a collection table set up on Sunday 3/26.

    • For other chapter members, you may mail the check to the Washington UBF Church at 3604 Metzerott Rd., College Park, MD 20740 or give your check to your chapter leader.

  2. Paypal
    However, you must select the option to cover the mandatory transaction fee ($0.30 + 2.2% for all funds received)
    Please specify who the payment is for in the notes.

There are facility, conference, and miscellaneous fees apart from room and board costs which add up to $17 per person (Ages 5+). If you want more detailed information about room/board or additional costs, reach out to washingtonubf12@gmail.com.

We have a 6 person cabin and a 9 person cabin for Individuals. Family lodge (Maple or Oak) and Hotel style rooms (White Pine) will be assigned to families with young children, disabled family members or elderly. You can find further information on Mt.Aetna Retreat Center website

COVID-19

All cabin guests must provide their own bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths etc.

(Family Lodge & Hotel Style Rooms will provide full linen service.)

Masks are encouraged but not required for all indoor meetings, such as the services. The conference site does not have a mask mandate. 

CHILDCARE

No, you are not required to get tested for COVID before arriving on the conference site. However, we strongly suggest that you monitor yourself for any symptoms and be mindful about the health of others. 

Yes.

Young children must register using the family registration form to share lodging with parents. Families will be considered to be assigned to a family room if your family has at least ONE (1) young child under 12 years or ONE (1) family member with a disability which requires special lodging accommodations.
Please keep in mind that the family lodge has limited rooms - you will be contacted if you were given a room.

While we allow children ages between 12 - 14 years to register within the family registration form IF they have younger siblings under age 12, we recommend them to register separately as an individual. 

Yes, there is a CBF childcare program. Childcare will be provided for the main message and evening programs.

 

Infant/Toddler group for Ages 0-5 may also join the CBF childcare program for the main message, but need to be individually taken care of by their own parents for the evening programs. Please make personal arrangements among families for afternoon programs.

 

Children on the retreat center must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

 

Parents of children ages 0-5  joining the CBF childcare program during the main message must serve a childcare shift. Parents will be contacted with more information by the childcare program coordinator at a later date.

CBF childcare program will take place in the Cedar Lodge. 

Infant/Toddler group for Ages 0-5 will join the CBF childcare program during the main message and will be taken care of in the Maple Lodge during the evening programs.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

No, there is no age restriction regarding who is allowed to enter, but please make sure to register all children who are attending the conference. Children ages 0-4 incur no cost for rooming and meals.

Mt. Aetna Retreat Center

There will be no special offering. For regular tithes and offering, please give as you usually do to your home chapter.

Only Sunday Worship Service will be offered online to the public through Zoom.

All other programs will be internally streamed for parents who are participating on-site.

By selecting "yes" to our photo release question on our registration ("I grant permission and consent to the Washington UBF Media Team the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of all photos and or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials".), you are giving the Washington UBF Media Team the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of all photos and or videos taken of you to be used in and/or for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes but is not limited to publishing on the Internet and e-mails, magazines, pamphlets, advertisement flyers, and in whatever other manner the Washington UBF Media Team finds useful or for any other lawful purpose.

 

By selecting "no" to our photo release question on our registration, you are agreeing to be responsible for not participating in any photo taking by the organization and staying muted during recordings.
