REGISTRATION

Yes, but please register as soon as possible so we can organize the Bible discussion groups, identify group leaders on time, and get you placed in the right peer group. Late registrations may result in being assigned to a random group.

PRICING

* Children 4 and under eat free with the purchase of an adult meal and incur no cost for rooming.

There are three meal plans to choose from - 6 meals (Full meals),  4 meals, or No meal.

Each meal costs $12 ($9 for Kids age 5-9).

​

All meals are non-refundable so please choose carefully.

​

* Mt. Aetna retreat center provides vegetarian-based meals to all guests by default.
* If you have any severe food allergies or special dietary needs, please indicate in the registration form.

 

PAYMENT

ROOMING

Individuals: Please pay in advance if possible. If that is not possible, please make your payment upon arrival at the registration booth at the conference site.

Families:  You will receive an email confirmation which will confirm your family’s final costs and your family’s housing assignment.

You may pay with the following options:

  1. (Recommended) Personal check made payable to University Bible Fellowship
    There is no additional processing fee.
    ​

    • For Washington chapter members, you may place the check in the offering box. In addition, there will be a collection table set up on Sunday 4/6.

    • For other chapter members, you may mail the check to the Washington UBF Church at 3604 Metzerott Rd., College Park, MD 20740 or give your check to your chapter leader

  2. Paypal
    However, you must select the option to cover the mandatory transaction fee ($0.49 + 2.9% for all funds received)
    Please specify who the payment is for in the notes.

There are facility, conference, and miscellaneous fees—referred to collectively as 'the facility fee'—in addition to room and board costs. This fee is $30 per person ($15 for children ages 5–11 staying off-campus) and is already included in the total cost chart above. Children 4 and under are exempt from this fee.

We have 9-person cabins for individuals and we have a limited number of hotel-style rooms available in White Pine. Family lodge (Maple or Oak) and 6-person cabins will be assigned to families with young children. You can find further information on Mt.Aetna Retreat Center website

All cabin guests must provide their own bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths etc.

(Family Lodge & Hotel Style Rooms will provide full linen service.)

CHILDCARE

Yes.


Young children must register using the family registration form to share lodging with parents. Families will be assigned to a family room if your family has at least ONE (1) young child under 12 years or ONE (1) family member with a disability which requires special lodging accommodations.

Youth Group members (grades 7-12) must register as individuals, not under family registration.

Yes, there is a CBF childcare program for children in kindergarten - 6th grade. There will be a CBF program Friday evening and Saturday morning. The remaining CBF childcare sessions will be free play supervised by CBF parents on rotation. Preschoolers (accompanied with a parent) are encouraged to join CBF during these times (Saturday evening and Sunday worship service).

CBF Sunday Worship Service will be held at 9am. Sunday in Cedar Hall.

​

There are two spaces dedicated for families with preschool children ages 4 and under - Maple Lodge main floor lounge and Walnut Hall, which is available at all times except during Group Discussion on Saturday (10:45 am-12:00 noon) and Sunday morning (9:00-10:15 am). 

​

Please make personal arrangements among families for Saturday afternoon - no childcare will be provided during that time.

​

Children on the retreat campus must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

CBF childcare program will take place in Cedar Hall. 

​

Preschool children (ages 4 and under) will be cared for by their parents in Maple Lodge (main floor lounge) and/or Walnut Hall.

MISCELLANEOUS

No, there is no age restriction regarding who is allowed to enter, but please make sure to register all children who are attending the conference. Children ages 0-4 incur no cost for rooming and meals.

There will be no special offering. For regular tithes and offering, please give as you usually do to your home chapter.

Only Sunday Worship Service will be offered online to the public through Zoom.

All other programs will be internally streamed for parents who are participating on-site.
